Forum Font ?

Today I noticed that the font has changed and making the forum hard to read.

Any reason why the font was changed to 'Roboto' .

It hurts my eyes

 

I've noticed that other fonts also disappeared, for example: menu:

I can't read it I am using Dev tool to change font to Arial to be able to read post.

I've got the same problem,

im using "Stylebot" addon for chrome, you can change css styles for page there

 

I recommend it

 

I hope that PS team will deal with this problem ASAP, because the forum looks awful

So here is the official answer.

 

 

We do are updating the entire website with this new font. However, since we've realized that the Forum was difficult to read, we are working on switching it back to the old Arial, Helvetica, and sans-serif. At this time, we are still working on the CSS conditions to make it as it was before. Sorry for the inconvenience I'll keep you updated but most likely it'll switch back to normal. In the meantime, you can use one of the aforementioned extensions to change the CSS font as you like.

First off, thanks for your prompt input about the font update we really appreciate your comments and we always work to make this forum better.

We just finished updating the CSS so the entire forum body remains using the previous font (Arial, Helvetica). The outer skin and the entire PrestShop website will be using the new fonts, we are exited about this update and hope all the community will like as well.

Like Ben said, this sketchy font is only temporary and we are working on making your browsing confortable again, whether you be using Chrome, Firefox or any browser! Thank you all for your great patience!

but in chrome fonts looks a bit weirdy for me, you can check it above

Okay, I spoke to Miguel. He understands the issue and is working on Chrome. It also happens when you hover over a users name and the box pops up.

Yes most all areas are fine especially the important parts (post), there are still some areas such as the top menu.

And I checked my phone can't dial that #. LOL

Ah yes, we are aware of that and it's taking longer than expected. That issue is only on chrome I believe. Thanks for the alert, lol at the #

Yes In Firefox and IE8 all looks great.
