Sidebar not showing in some product category page

Sidebar not showing in my some product category page and showing in category page.

This is category page link(http://www.put2kart.com/categories-14) and this is (http://www.put2kart.com/leather-19) product category page.How to display sidebar in product category page. Please help me.

As far as I can see they are both categories. Does your theme have a module that lets you disable columns by category?

I do not disable any module of my theme.When i create a new category and select that category in product, after that in front end sidebar not showing.Please help me again.

it works the same if you turn on force compilation and turn of smarty cache?

Vekia as you said  I followed your advice but problem was not solved. In (http://www.put2kart.com/leather-19) this page [<div class="left_cat"> </div>] this div showing blank. i need sidebar code to show product in sidebar.But in (http://www.put2kart.com/bags-7)  this page [<div class="left_cat"> </div>] this div have lots of code to show sidebar.  Please help me to solve this problem.

I don't know, it's a custom theme, so it might be header.tpl as well as something else. Search for the left column code inside header.tpl and paste the snippet here

in my opinion it's not related to js file,

it's smoething in core

 

please enter somewhere to your footer.tpl file this {if $smarty.get.debug==1}{debug}{/if}

then i will be able to see debug report.

your theme .tpl file contains some conditions related to this variable?

check header.tpl or footer.tpl (i don't know your theme) and search for coode with $HOOK_LEFT_COLUMN

which version of PS you are using. There was a bug for prestashop 1.6 for custom theme. There no side bar on product,category page show , due to PS new theme side bar architecutre. You need to add your theme meta file with those controller.

I am not sure but i think it help you. We have faced same issue when we update our theme for 1.6

@vekia the freelancer make copy of default theme then inject code to the theme which i dont know.

The main problem is that when i create a new category and add product.After that when i see that category the sidebar of that category page not apper.
