  1. It was really helpful, no kick out from my admin site anymore, thanks!
  2. I found a solution in prestashop 1.6 under Preferences / Products and DISABLE "Display unavailable product attributes on the product page" and also "Allow ordering of out-of-stock products" Now my site only shows products on stock only
  3. Work like charm in a prestashop 1.6.0.9 instalation, this fix the same issue I use to have, thanks!
  5. Hi @thedrparker I'm having the same issue with this module in prestashop 1.5 and I get this error: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module Abstract: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000] [1049] Unknown database 'prestashop'' in D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\vendor\zendframework\zendframework1\library\Zend\Db\Adapter\Pdo\Abstract.php:129 Stack trace: #0 D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\vendor\zendframework\zendframework1\library\Zend\Db\Adapter\Pdo\Abstract.php(129): PDO->__construct('mysql:dbname=pr...', 'root', '', Array) #1 D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\vendor\zendframework\zendframework1\library\Zend\Db\Adapter\Pdo\Mysql.php(109): Zend_Db_Adapter_Pdo_Abstract->_connect() #2 D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\vendor\zendframework\zendframework1\library\Zend\Db\Adapter\Abstract.php(316): Zend_Db_Adapter_Pdo_Mysql->_connect() #3 D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\vendor\vehiclefits\library\library\VF\Singleton.php(268): Zend_Db_Adapter_Abstract->getConnection() #4 D:\xampp\htdocs\spap\modules\vaf\bootstrap.php(13) I opened the file Abstract.php and look for the line 129 and found this: try { $this->_connection = new PDO( $dsn, $this->_config['username'], $this->_config['password'], $this->_config['driver_options'] ); So the code it's ok comparing with yours, don't know what's happening here, if you can help me with this issue I appreciate it, thanks and best regards.
  6. For this kind of issues with blank pages always enable the Debug Mode, this is how you do it: Enabling errors display 1. You can enable built in Debug Mode of PrestaShop engine, open config\defines.inc.php file and locate the following line: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); replace it with define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); Enabling errors logging 2. To log the errors without displaying them, you need to open index.php file from the root of your PrestaShop installation and at the top add the following code: <?php error_reporting(0); $old_error_handler = set_error_handler("userErrorHandler"); function userErrorHandler ($errno, $errmsg, $filename, $linenum, $vars) { $time=date("d M Y H:i:s"); // Get the error type from the error number $errortype = array (1 => "Error", 2 => "Warning", 4 => "Parsing Error", 8 => "Notice", 16 => "Core Error", 32 => "Core Warning", 64 => "Compile Error", 128 => "Compile Warning", 256 => "User Error", 512 => "User Warning", 1024 => "User Notice"); $errlevel=$errortype[$errno]; //Write error to log file (CSV format) $errfile=fopen("errors.csv","a"); fputs($errfile,"\"$time\",\"$filename: $linenum\",\"($errlevel) $errmsg\"\r\n"); fclose($errfile); if($errno!=2 && $errno!=8) { //Terminate script if fatal error die("A fatal error has occurred. Script execution has been aborted"); } } ?> Save the file and try to access your PrestaShop store or admin panel. After this you’ll be able to see errors.csv file created on your server. It contains the log of the occurred errors.

Hi guys, I did all the steps listed in this topic and my problem still there with EN and ES languages, I do receive email's for new orders or any updates but without body content and my logo attached, I have PS 1.6.0.9 and mailalerts 3.2.9 suplied by @vekia here using email() of PHP function for emails, and no matter how many times I select in Advanced Parameters > Email tab the HTML, Text, Both options doesn't save (See attached image), What's happening in here? thanks and best regards!

  12. I have had the same problem, it happens that I was putting the php.ini file in my root directory, then I followed the steps as @vekia says and voila! my php.ini must be in my administration directory (public_html/admin) instead of root directory (public_html) and this is my configuration: max_input_vars = 10000; max_execution_time = 1000; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds max_input_time = -1; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data memory_limit = 1024M; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB) Now it works like charm, thanks you all, see you around.
