Bonjour, J'ai réaliser il y a quelques temps une requête SQL dans le BO à cette emplacement : Paramètres Avancés -> Base de données La requête est un SELECT avec tout un tas d'opérations et de JOIN, elle fonctionnait jusqu'à présent mais depuis peu lorsque je modifie la valeur de test à l'intérieur donc dans le WHERE (même sans aucune modifications) cela me retourne une erreur et m'empêche d'enregistré la requête en question. J'ai donc effectué une vérification directement sur PhpMyAdmin ou la requête est fonctionnelle sans problème. Je ne comprend donc pas vraiment ou est le problème, ni comment le résoudre, si quelqu'un possède une idée. Je vais tout de même continuer de chercher dans le code si je ne trouve pas quelque chose. Hi, I have just made an upgrade of development copy of my store via 1-Click upgrade from 1.6.1.20 (to 1.7.4.2). Currently I'm getting "Access denied" error when I try to open: Orders > Orders Discounts > Catalog Price Rules Customers > Customers Stats Shipping > Preferences International > Localization > Localization Shop Parameters > Order Settings > Order Settings Shop Parameters > Customer Settings > Titles Shop Parameters > Contact > Stores What coud be the problem? How to fix it?

Hola, os escribo por qué necesito ayuda, tengo un problema con la URL de los productos en el back office, cuando entro a los productos y le doy a visita previa se e abre una ventana de error, por qué la url aparece con un 1 añadido al final (Ver imagen) Esto pasa con los productos que ya tengo importados y con los nuevos que creo desde el back Tengo instalado el módulo pretty urls, pero lo he desinstalado y no persiste el problema. muchas gracias Hello, I am writing to you why I need help, I have a problem with the URL of the products in the back office, when I enter the products and click on previous visit, an error window opens, why does the url appear with a 1 added to it? end (See image). This happens with the products that I already have imported and with the new ones that I create from the back I have the pretty urls module installed, but I have uninstalled it and the problem does not persist. Hi, When I try to login to PrestaShop Addons in Modules section of my back office, I receive the error: "PrestaShop was unable to log in to Addons. Please check your credentials and your Internet connection." I can connect normaly in https://addons.prestashop.com, but from back office I receive that error. How can I solve these? Hello On upgrading our module, we have an issue of a module admin controller not being found. Only solution is to reinstall the module, after the upgrade is done, then the controller is "found". Is there something that needs to be done with module upgrades, in regards to a custom admin module controller, to tell the module it exists? Perhaps in the upgrade.php? Thanks -
Hello devs and merchs! Sorry to see so many negative posts and comments, I appreciate all the hard work put into 1.7, it really looks great, a lot more user friendly. I hope module developers can keep up. Has anyone figured out how to display prices with taxes included in the Back Office Product Catalog in PrestaShop 1.7+? Is it an SQL thing? what does " 0 AS `price_final` " mean in the query? Does it make an empty column? And where does that column go if it does? The query is exactly the same in 1.6 so it's weird the output is different in 1.7 Does anybody have any resources to share about how the databases/tables are thought out/work in PrestaShop? I see that products have a single price field in the product database which is tax excluded, and I can understand why, things would get messy if it didn't... But then where is the final price kept, or how is it calculated? Could it be calculated with an SQL query or is it done with Javascript? I could ignore tax rules, I only have one tax so a simple calculation would suffice... Or better yet, would it be logical/doable to have a feature where the user chooses if the price in the database includes the tax or not, and then the site changes calculations accordingly? Anybody any thoughts on the matter? Hello all, It may be a silly question of mine, but I'm a bit stuck. When I get an order from a customer, I can modify this order in Prestashop's Back Office. Suppose a customer wants to add something extra to his order, then I can add a product. After adding the product, the customer gets an email saying that his order has been changed. So far so good. But in the back office at payments there is a red message, that the customer has already paid amount €xxx, but there is still an amount open. How can I send the customer an "additional" payment request in Prestashop? to still get the full payment. I can't seem to find how to do this, or maybe I'm overlooking it, or it's a certain tactic? ps: we are currently using a Shopify store and will be switching to Prestashop. In Shopify I automatically get the notification that there is an outstanding amount and there I can send the "extra" payment order directly to the customer. Thanks in advance for the Feedback. Hi everybody, I am currently developping a dashboard module. I was wondering if there were a simple way to get the language that the user selected in his profile. I've found this : Configuration::get('PS_LANG_DEFAULT'); but it just return the id of the language. Is there a built-in method that does it ? -
i am using prestashop 1.7. i tried to login to the store admin, but it prevents while showing following errors. 1.Error found : CData section not finished https://addons.prestashop.com/en/analytics-statist in country_module_list.xml file. 2.Error found : EndTag: ' can enyone please help me to fix this.. thank you!

Salut, je viens d'installer Prestashop 1.7.3.0 pour commencer la préparation d'une boutique, j'ai bien choisi le langue française lors de l'installation qui s'est déroulée sans accroc. Or lors de ma première connexion, je constate que le back office est entièrement en anglais. Je vais donc vérifier dans le profil utilisateur : réglé sur français par défaut. Dans la section "International" idem, tout est bien réglé en français. Pourtant rien ne change... J'ai essayé de mettre à jour le pack de langues, rien à faire, le back office refuse de se traduire ! Malgré toutes mes recherches, je suis à court de solution et m'en remet donc à vous...- 15 replies

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema che persiste da qualche ora sul mio BO. Riesco ad accedere a tutti i pannelli senza problemi, ma quando provo ad andare sul "Module Manager" mi porta alla pagina di log di prestashop.... non capisco cosa sia successo. Non sono capace di mettere le mani sui file css o ftp o altro,se qualcuno sa cosa può essere successo mi aiuta? Inoltre ho appena visto che nel pannello "informazioni" mi viene fuori questa scritta: "Imposta i permessi di scrittura per la cartella "themes/ZOneTheme/cache/" e le sottocartelle, in modo ricorsivo." Cosa significa? Versione Prestashop 1.7.5.1 Versione di PHP: 7.3.5 Versione software del server: Apache Qualche buon anima che mi aiuta? Anche a pagamento, ovviamente! Version : 1.7.4 Thème : perso Bonjour, Je m'adresse à vous car j'ai un petit problème que je n'arrive pas à régler sur mon Presta. Je précise que je suis débutant en Prestashop et en développement PHP. Je souhaiterais afficher mes prix en HT sur le site public, mais conserver la TVA appliquée sur l'écran checkout du panier. J'ai modifié l'affichage des prix en HT pour mes 3 catégories de clients, ce qui fonctionne, mais le prix affiché dans le panier reste en HT. Idéalement, je souhaiterais que la TVA ne s'applique qu'à ce moment là pour l'acheteur. Y a-t-il d'autres réglages à effectuer dans le B.O pour faire ceci? Je me suis rendu dans le fichier themeperso/templates/catalog/product.tpl, mais je n'ai pas vu, ou pas su voir, ce qu'il faudrait changer. J'ai constaté que le fichier product.tpl faisait appel au fichier product-prices.tpl (themeperso/templates/catalog/partials/product-prices.tpl), dans lequel j'ai trouvé les lignes suivantes : {block name='product_without_taxes'} {if $priceDisplay == 2} <p class="product-without-taxes">{l s='%price% tax excl.' d='Shop.Theme.Catalog' sprintf=['%price%' => $product.price_tax_exc]}</p> {/if} {/block} {block name='product_pack_price'} {if $displayPackPrice} <p class="product-pack-price"><span>{l s='Instead of %price%' d='Shop.Theme.Catalog' sprintf=['%price%' => $noPackPrice]}</span></p> {/if} {/block} Je présume qu'une modification doit être opérée à cet endroit ou autre part dans le B.O. Sto installando, sullo stesso server (ionos), un altro negozio utilizzando la versione 1.7.8.2 e mi sono accorto che le modifiche dei moduli e di tutto il BO é molto più lento di quanto non sia nel negozio che utilizza la versione 1.7.7.3, anche solo per registrare i dati del negozio. Secondo voi è normale.

Hello community, Is is possible to make a some kind of switch that will enable to show all orders except for those with "delivered" status? In which file should I start to edit or maybe someone has this solution already adapted? Any help will be very appreciated. Is there is any chance to know if in AdminOrdersController there is a way to set default value for column in field_list array? Hello, I'm trying to add a custom field into the Brands page in the admin back office. Previously, I successfully added a custom dropdown box in the Category page in the admin back office with hookActionCategoryFormBuilderModifier and handled the update and create by using hookActionAfterCreateCategoryFormHandler hookActionAfterUpdateCategoryFormHandler However, when trying to do the same for the Brand page, nothing seems to happen. Is there another way or another hook to do this? -

Bonjour, je cherche une solution ou un module qui grâce a une scanette ou douchette permette de lire le numero de suivi d'une commande a la chaine sans passer a chaque fois par le back office et passer du statut de « paiement accepté » a « expédié » Le principe est simple, lors d’une commande 1 Imprimer l’étiquette du client avec dessus un code barre type datamatrix (en forme de carré), correspondant au numéro de commande, c’est mieux, surtout que cela ne sert que pour donner le numéro de la commande. 2 la scanette scanne le code datamatrix sur l’étiquette client, portant nom et adresse et on scanne ensuite le code barre du numéro de suivi (la poste ou autre c’est du code 128) juste 2 scan donc : scan du colis commande A qui correspond au numero de suivi B et enregistrement dans le BO et changement de statut a "envoye" Le statut passe pour ce numéro de commande de « paiement accepté » a « expedié » avec le numéro de suivi affiché, a la bonne place. Je n’ai trouvé aucun module dans ce sens, quelques sujet sur les forums mais rien de concret. Est ce qu’il faut passer par l’installation d’un ERP, si oui lequel ?, je galère sachant que ca existe et surtout que j’ai fait un achat sur le net et reçu une enveloppe lettre suivie prêt a poster avec une étiquette avec un datamatrix, le vendeur utilise prestashop, j’ai posé la question a ce vendeur, ce qu’il utilise , je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Bonjour, J'ai une boutique Prestashop installée en version 1.7.6.7. Récemment, mes pages de détail de produit dans le back office sont toute cassées. J'ai trouvé ce topic où la personne a exactement le même souci que moi, avec des listes déroulantes cassées et des erreurs javascript en console navigateur. Plus particulièrement l'erreur "Cannot read property 'split' of undefined". Dans la réponse du topic, la personne qui répond conseille de downgrade la version PHP en 7.2, chose que j'ai essayée mais qui se révèle infructueuse. D'une part car cela ne résout pas le problème, et en plus, cela casse d'autres éléments dans mes pages. La solution de downgrade n'est donc pas viable pour mon cas. Auriez-vous des solutions à m'apporter pour résoudre cela ? Merci beaucoup -

Bonjour à tous 🙂 Sous prestashop 1.7.6.4 J'essaie de modifier certaines rendus du back en css. Exemple enlever le "fixed" des blocs du haut afin de les rendre défilants sous une config mobile (petite résolution). Je trouve cette possibilité interessante, lorsque je gère mon back a partir de mon écran de téléphone les gros blocs du haut me gênent car ils sont réglés sur "fixed" dans le css. J'ai mis mon code dans le fichier servant à ça dans le thème de presta (override.css). Mais cela fonctionne uniquement sur certaines pages. En effet, ce fichier n'est pas chargé sur l'ensembles des pages. Ce sujet est peu évoqué, a part une discussion qui a déjà quelques années. Quelqu'un a t'il une idée pour arranger ça ? Quelqu'un a t'il crée un module pour gérer ça ? Des idées et peut être des gens intéressés par cette possibilité ? Voici mon idée de code si certains veulent essayer ou compléter ... Bonjour à tous, Je viens d'installer la version Prestashop 1.7.7.5, j'ai importé mes produits (même s'il a fallu se retaper toute la mise en page...bref), j'ai voulu mettre à jour un module. Et là pas de chance plus de batterie (pas fait gaffe) l'ordinateur s'éteint et quand je rallume page blanche sur le back office. Je mets le mode débug et là je vois le message ci-dessous. Pour info je suis encore en version local. Quelqu'un peut m'aider ? Merci

Hello! I'm trying to create a shipping module, where the admin presses a button in the order and then sends to the carrier information about the order. I've already created a button in the order page using the hookActionGetAdminOrderButtons. What files do I have to edit in order to make this button show a modal/popup where the admin can make same choices for the order, and read the voucher etc etc? Thank you! -
Hi everyone, I'm absolutely desperate and this community is my last chance to solve my problem. I'm new to prestashop 1.7 and on previous 1.6 I never had any problems (which I can't google). Now I have some fatal problem. I transfered PS 1.7 from my localhost (where everything was fine) to hosted server. I solved several issues while transfering. Now Frontend is fine, but in back office I can't see any modules (I attached screens). I tried turn on debug, but I haven't recieved any errors. In app/logs also isn't any message for this issue. Note: Only thing what I changed except template is .htaccess in my admin folder. I commented row with Options -MultiViews. I have done it because it's in howto install PS 1.7 doc from my hosting. If it's not done, admin return error 500. Really thanks for helping me (and sorry for my english).
