Several clients meet this error and I have no clue how to solve it.

It happened when client is logged-in and try to place new order. Presta is 1.6

The message say: 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses


Error thrown: [object Object]

Text status: error


Any information will be appreciated.
