    Bonjour, Je suis entrain de créer mon site : www.otherskin.fr, tout se passait bien sauf depuis ce matin où un message d'erreur est apparu lorsque je souhaitais rafraîchir la page AP HOOK BUILDER.. Je suis débutante dans ce domaine et c'est mon premier site, malgré beaucoup de recherches je n'ai trouvé aucunes solutions. Quelqu'un sait-il de quoi il s'agit ?     Dear all, i'm running on 1.6.0.6 with default_bootstrap since months and i notice that since few it's impossible to create a new customer account, we get this TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror i tried everything possible i read in this forum but nothing solved it. i checked with firebug and i see this which seems to be weird how could we explain such \ in the url, is it that which come to an error or is it absolutely normal and i'd better search for other reasons ? I did not make changes in my back office recently, i only remember have make few changes for front translations directly from the backoffice (not in the files) Many thanks by advance for those who'll try to help

    Hi, I am receiving the following error on the checkout page: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save account Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror I had a similar error on another shop but was able to fix it by reinstalling the Payment Module (Mollie) however it did not help this time. Anyone has any suggestion where to look ?

    Hello, I would tell you about a problem that I have in my website that I can´t solve. The issue is that I can't delete any product in the cart. Neither modify the quantity. When I click any button, this message is shown: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save update quantity Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error This message is shown in a pop-up when the customer is login. If the customer is logout, the product is removed of the cart but the total prices continue, and when I refresh the page the product return to the cart. The Prestashop version used is 1.6.0.9 with Avena theme of Promokit.     Bonjour J'ai voulu changer les frais d'envoi dans la rubrique transporteur, un message d'erreur apparait et impossible de modifier quoique ce soit. J'ai téléphoner au service client qui m'a répondu qu'un technicien pourra éventuellement faire les réparations de ce bug mais que cette réparation sera payante. Je suis fortement étonnée car je ne suis pas à l'origine de ce bug ! De plus il faut que j'envoie un mail explicatif et je ne sais pas quand on va m'aider. Je trouve cette pratique un peu choquante sachant que j'ai ouvert ma boutique seulement depuis avril. Et vous avez été confronté à ce problème,je suis preneuse de la solution. Toutes réponses et la bienvenue.

    I have successfully installed PrestaShop 1.6.1.20 through Softaculous installer. I have configured the software perfectly, and everything would be perfect if it weren't for these two issues I have ran into. I have looked far and wide for an answer to this question, and I did find a peculiar website which has exactly the same issues I am facing, and it tells me how to fix them, but I am unsure on where to find the files talked about and wouldn't know where they are located. Furthermore, I should note - I have tried disabling debug mode. The positions of the modules no longer work - both on the dedicated page (Forms and Services / Positions -> Engage a form) where on "Transfer to" a red symbol of "prohibition as if it were not clickable" appears - both in the live Edilt where this error appears "TECHNICAL ERROR: Failed to load module list" Any expert who can tell me what the problem is?     Bonjour, Lorsque j'ouvre la page mise en cache d'un article que ce soit côté Google ou Bing et quelque soit le navigateur utilisé, j'ai le message d'erreur TECHNICAL ERROR: Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error qui s'affiche. Heureusement, pas de soucis lorsque j'ouvre la page réelle. Si vous tapez Polaire randonnée légère MANASLU Homme, vous devriez tomber sur un résultat du site randoeco qui pose par exemple ce problème. Auriez-vous une idée ?

    I am using PS 1.6.1.4 I don't know if this is a problem with Zelarg's One Page Checkout or not, but I have just had two potential customers contact me saying they cannot pay as there is no option shown. The website keeps throwing an error saying, directly below the header block "Error: please choose an address" and "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses". This error only shows for customers who are not logged in. I have had to revert back to the 5 step process for the time being and orders are now working. The error only seems to have happened from today (28th November 2016) I have confirmed the error in Chrome and MS Edge. Any ideas please? Thanks in advance, Nick

    Hola, me gustaría comentaros un problema que tengo en mi página web, que soy incapaz de solucionar. El problema es que no puedo eliminar los productos del carrito, ni modificar la cantidad. Remite el siguiente error: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save update quantity Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error Dicho error salta en una ventana emergente cuando el cliente está registrado. Si no lo está, simplemente se borra el producto del carrito pero se mantienen los precios totales abajo y al refrescar la pagina aparece de nuevo el producto eliminado. La versión de Prestashop usada es 1.6.0.9 con la plantilla Avena de Promokit.     I have just updated to version 1.6.0.14 hoping that it will solve my problem. When we initially set up the shop, we were able to pretend to be a customer and 'Create An Account', but now it does not work. Whenever the link is clicked we get the message "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [objet Object] Text status parserror " I thought this may be the new theme I was using, so I uninstalled it, and went back to the basic theme supplied with Prestashop. Still have the same error. We have just updated themes to "Gadgets Multishop Responsive 1.6", and also updated Prestashop. Still not working. We want to go live in 10 days, but it will be hard to do that if customer are not able to create an account! Please help!! Details: Error thrown: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < Text status: parsererror I appreciate the support that this community has provided, and that helped me solve many cases. Only I could with this problem and I'm a little stressed.
