Hello, Several clients meet this error and I have no clue how to solve it. It happened when client is logged-in and try to place new order. Presta is 1.6 The message say: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error OK Any information will be appreciated. Hi . I have found a bug in prestashop 1.5.3.1 In the checkout process ( 5 step) when a customer or guest changes his address in address stage from drop down list (step 3) ( of course if he have more than two addresses ) if he immediately submit the next button ( for going to next stage ) , he would see an error poped up says : Details: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses Details: Error thrown [Object object] text status: error This happend because the 1B information that have to be posted from drop down list, has not been posted ( I uploaded an image and you can see that 1 B POST from j Query ). This happens in slow servers. After that the user will be brought to the next level (stage 4), while his address has not yet been changed, but if he returns to address stage ( stage 3) and then click again this time he will see the current address in the stage 4. However, If at the selecting another address (step 3) the user wait some seconds before clicking next,to let the 1 B information post via POST function ), then it will be no error ! I know the solution : one of the solution is to prevent the user from clicking the next button until the 1B information is posted, but I do not know how to do that! Can anyone help me?
