[email protected] Posted March 23, 2017 Share Posted March 23, 2017 Hi guys, I have some issues with my prestashop 1.6.1.6 When i try to order something as customer i have this error: (see picture 1) Error: None of your chosen carriers deliver to the address you have selected. And i can't go any further. SOMEHOW some customers have been able to go further and place an order.. but i didn't receive any notification because the program didn't recognise it as an order (see picture 2) but on the dashboard he DOES recognise the order... You can try out for yourself if you want. And yes i have 2 options: DPD (like DHL or UPS) and "Pick it at the shop" .. but none are visible :s Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
