No response from support. can i please get my money back!

I assume this is for a purchase on the addons store?  Why post this in a general forum, and not the addons forum?

 

If you do not get a response from the module author, or from the prestashop addons team, simply call Paypal or your credit card company and dispute the charge.

If they do not respond to emails sent through their email support system what makes you think that they will respond to a post in an add on support forum?  I am a merchant so i am not a big fan of chargebacks. Just giving them a chance before i take that route. Thank you for responding.
