Prestashop Cloud store dissapeared without a trace !

Question

I had started working on my Prestashop site with cloud hosting. I also had a holding page set up. All was working fine, then i logged in today to work on the main site and everything has dissapeared. I see only blank pages for my site, holding page AND site management pages. How can this be? Is Prestashop at all reliable? I received no notification of any problem or downtime. Can anyone shed some light on this before i abandon Prestahop completely?

Yup. Same here. I've tried contacting them via Facebook message and posting, and also by telephone. There is no answer from anyone. It's all a little creepy. :(

Edit: I confirm you that your stores should be back online soon. If it's not the case, contact me ASAP.

 

Explanation about the issue: The root cause has been identified and is linked to an overload of the storage infrastructure. Though it’s being handled, some issues may still occur until everything has been tested and validated.

My shop is back up, but how do we know this wont happen again without warning in the future?

Mine is working this morning. It lost an order though that was made. I'm glad I got notified through paypal.

Hi Antoine Flavigny Mi prestashop Cloud store copytronica.pswebshop.com is dissapeared, and I can't see it in my back office in my shop's list  :( 

I was developing the store but now has disappeared , I tried to create it again but I do not see the option of cloud .

 

Don't is possible create prestashop cloud store in Spain? 
Is it temporary or permanent?

their answer:

 

We sent you an email the 28th September 2015 telling you we will remove your store if no connection from you was made ​​before 30 days.
The deadlines of 30 days past and your shop has been removed from our hosting.
Our hosting partner doesn't allow us to restore your shop, it has been physically removed from our hosting space.
We advise you to recreate a new shop from your account.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
