Some of the payment module waits the payment gateway to send back payment information to verify the payment. So it may take a few seconds or long to clear the shopping cart. Also make sure you store is not under maintenance mode - so that the payment gateway is able to send payment information back to your payment module,. shokinro Posted May 3, 2016 Share Posted May 3, 2016 is there any javascript error, have you tried to confirm the javascript error on your browser debugger tool. if there is any javascript error occurring during check out process, it may also prevent order-generating. not sure if you have contacted the developer of the module, maybe they can help? shokinro Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 this is an issue from module "cartasi", it is trying to get shopping cart ID from a parameter, but it is not passed. you may need to contact the developer of the module cartasi to see if they can help.
