The follow-up module in presta, won´t accomplish this, unfortunately. I'm not aware of the functionality, so likely something you would have to build, and then create a cronjob (unix word for automated task), that would execute everyday and execute your functionality. Feel free to PM me. I haven't been able to find anything even close to this. Specifically I'm trying to email customers a week after purchase with some detailed info on one of the products they purchased. The large block of text will vary depending on the product.
