Hey Forum! I want to send out an e-mail to a customer a week after they placed an order. The follow-up module in presta, won´t accomplish this, unfortunately. Anyone have an idea how to accomplish this? :-) Best regards Anders Nielsen Presta: 1.4.9 soon 1.4.11

Is it possible to send automated follow-up emails after a purchase has been done and paid? I'm working on a shop that sells customized products that need to be produced after the order has been palced, and it usually takes 14 to 18 days. I'd like to send an automated email after 10 days, telling something like "we're working on your order and we're almost done". Is it possible? How can I do it? I saw a few modules to send follow up emails but just for abandoned carts... and that's not my case. Thanks Stefano

Cordialement , Thierry

Hi there, Can someone please help me with the "Customer follow-up v1.6.2 - by PrestaShop". I currently run a cron job daily to activate the 4 types of emails. But I don't want "Best Customers" & "Bad Customers" to be emailed repeatedly every day. I wold like to email them maybe once a month for example. Otherwise I'm spamming them every day with the same email offer. My current solution is to manually turn "Best Customers" & "Bad Customers" on & off every month, but there has to be an easier way. Thank you

I'm not sure how to approach this issue, but as far as I understand the CODE is missing from the voucher created by the Follow Up -module. We're using 1.5.3.1 version of the Prestashop and just started to take the follow up module in use, and luckily tried out the mail that had only one customer as receiver:)

Hi all I have been looking into the Customer Follow-up module. If I use option 4 (Bad customers) I can configure the module to send an email to customers who have not purchased in x number of days. Does this send the email once or does it keep repeating every x number of days? My client has asked me to set up a delayed (by 2 weeks) automatic follow-up that gives purchasers an opportunity to say what they think of the product and service etc. I thought I could make use of the follow-up module by using option 4 and re-wording the email template into a short questionaire. Or is there an existing module that lets me do this? Thanks David
