Order Problem With Sofort Banking Module

Dear community,

 

I have a problem with one of my payment options. An option to pay for my customers is this module: http://www.touchdesign.de/loesungen/prestashop/sofortbanking.htm

 

I will explain below:

 

Step 1: Customers choose for the payment option sofort (in red in screenshot with text" betaal via bancontact/mister cash")

 

 

 

Step 2: Customers are asked to confirm the payment (in red in screenshot). After confirmation a new order in the system should appear, but the problem is: customers are redirected to payment page and pay but no order appears in the sytem (it sticks in the shopping cart).

 

 

 

People get redirected to payment page , pay but the order is not registered in the system.

 

I am running prestashop 1.5.3, this is an annoying problem for our shop. Anyone an idea where I should look to solve this problem? I am not getting support from the developers of the module.

We have exactly the same problem, Prestashop version is 1.5.3.1. Did you find a solution?

Did you try to contact whoever created the module?

 

They would be the best place to get it fixed

Didn't find a solution so far, the guys who created this module are only delivering support in German. And it's quite expensive, being the resons I asked over here. If someone can look into this please let us know .

That module is not exactly compatible with 1.5. I fixed it recently for a client, but the best way to approach the issue would be creating a brand new one for 1.5, too many issues otherwise, and you can't even take advantage of the new payment modules' structure (with controllers, etc)

Same problem here. with PS 1.5.2 works the Module but with PS 1.5.3. no more.

Hello gokuale, now the Module working for me, what exactly the problem for you? Wrong redirect or no order in the BO? You came from Germany or do you speak German? Its maybe easier for the communication and maybe i can help you

the problem is that: no order in the BO

i set sofort ID, project ID, project password, notify password, sofort logo NO, Protection NO, direct ..... (last option) YES

i have settings link ok and link error in sofort admin pannel

if i test checkout the page redirect to sofort payment page and total is ok but when i confirm the page redirect to the user order history page and not find new order   - the order not storage in prestashop

THere should ve a new version available, which is compatible with presta up to 1.5.6.1. Did you test it out?

i have install direct prestashop 1.5.6.1, but i test to reinstall last version from prestashop add-on

my version installed of this module is 2.0

please post me a link to check if i download lastest version

You can check your module's version in the modules list of your back office

i have the last version buo the orders not storage in prestashop after payment is confirmed

 

i return to users history of orders but not confirm orders

It's hard to tell what's going on, it might be everything. My suggestion is to either contact the module developers and see if they offer free help, or post a job request in the paid jobs section

This is not a problem in Prestashop.

 

 

You need to  login to your merchant menu at sofort.com. In the admin area

  click on "My projects" and then select the name of the project you want to

  modify.

  

  Next you need to navigate to the second tab "Extended Settings" and check

  the settings of "Notifications":

 

  Here you have to create a new notification (http) and fill in the link, that

  appears in your shop admin in Payment --> SOFORT Überweisung.de -->

  settings as notification link (it might be this, but I cannot say for sure:

                http://www.yourwebsite.com/modules/sofortbanking/validation.php ).

 

  Only with this serverbased notification, the shop is going to notice the

  order of the buyer.
