HF509 Posted October 27, 2011 Share Posted October 27, 2011 my PrestaShop is on my own dedicated server every night at 21:30 H it goes down i contacted my hosting provider they refer me to Prestashop 'cause they have no control over the problem. ysco Posted October 27, 2011 Share Posted October 27, 2011 On older prestashop versions i also had this problem, i removed then the new prestashop version check and the problem whas gone. Did your server makes have some cron task ? joyv, same question : which prestashop versions, and have you some custom modules ? What was the problem, do the page make a very long loading to end to a blank page ? Or the loading was very quick landing to an error 500 or blank page ? HF509 Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 back office was working but slow things like the prestashop news, link fron the BO "Home" was searching to connect the whole time Prestashop.com was down. as for the front i get a blank page....i have to work on my store at night so every night when PS.com in down i'm down. In how many time it will be the moment ? Could you send me your back office access by private message to see what's going ? Have you a skype or gtalk account ?
