  1. Hi I am making a motor parts store that wants to have the features displayed by default on each product page instead of the description. The description section does not need to remain if it is necessary to remove it, I just need the features to be immediately available instead of tucked in behind the second tab. Any solutions welcome, thanks in advance! Prestashop 1.7
  2. Did you just wait out? If you don't know what cache is the issue. I have the same problem, took all the advice from posts: catalog = NO, qty YES, Available for Order = check, groups are correctly permitted. Still no Add to Cart: playground.wwwebweavers.com Please help
  3. Would you please share how this is resolved? I have my qty, catalog to NO, groups set correctly,
  4. That is what I was trying to do. I can take the 7 unwanted shops to "maintenance" mode. Is this the same as disabling? Each shop has its own theme. I also deleted individual theme folder on the server as well. A few other questions: From the drop down in the back office, is there a way to get rid of the unwanted shops? They still show up after I deleted their theme folder. What about the products, customers, and orders? They are not shared entities. Do they need to be deleted via database access? Thank you very much.
  5. Can you provide some help on the most efficient way to do this? I have 8 shops in one database and need to split them all to be domain based shops with its own database. Thanks.
  6. I know this has been here for a while now. I just came across this issue: I'm trying to import customers from a .csv file (not exported from Prestashop). But when i import the CSV file and after all fields are mapped i get the message that import was successfully done, but no customers appear on the customers menu. I even tried with the customer sample file from Prestashop by downloading it and importing it to my shop. I have 8 shops, and I am the super admin. I chose the shop I need to import from the drop down list first before I imported it. Any help will be great. I will be happy to share login via PM
  7. Are you aware of to create one order and apply to a group of users? We have a wine club and they are in the "Wine Club" group. Twice a year, we send them their "package" - all members get the same wine for the same price. I would like to create one order and apply to this group with hopefully a few clicks. Thanks.
  8. Hello everyone. Just joined the forum. We are in need of a POS which works with Prestashop to guarantee the following: All sales from physical location, online, mobile swipe are coming out of one inventory systemEKSI-POS seems to do it. But it requires separate hardware, right? Also, it doesn't seem to support Multiple Warehouses. How about VEND? Does it support multiple warehouses? I emailed both of them but heard nothing back.
