  1. I don't follow. Why do you have to worry about this? If your store is in Australia (for example) and a buyer is US based they may have to pay import duty at their end but it's not your problem.
  2. Just delete this folder. Simply replace the data prefix using phpmyadmin, edit your parameters file prefix and delete the cache folder (prod).
  3. Also using Centos 7, Maria 10.12. Version 8 works just fine.
  4. You'd need to access the backend to use 1-click Upgrade module. If you're using cpanel it may be possible for your service provider to install php manager which allows you to choose the version of php you want.
  5. piece of cake, simply edit shop_url table to reflect new domain, then delete htaccess and regenerate backoffice SEO by disabling friendly url and re-enabling.
  6. So when did this happen? Was the site working previously? Did you upgrade? Fresh install? New module? More info.
  7. What happens if you create a new db user with new pw and then edit the parameters file?
  8. My own ini file is specifically: allow_url_fopen = On allow_url_include = Off display_errors = Off enable_dl = Off file_uploads = On max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = -1 max_input_vars = 5000 memory_limit = 256M post_max_size = 256M session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440 session.save_path = "/tmp" upload_max_filesize = 128M zlib.output_compression = Off asp_tags = Off session.cookie_secure = On Try that see if you have any luck, and if it works then just edit your own ini to suit.
  9. Have you tried to completely clear your browser cache to see if the front end really is working as it should? Try from your phone maybe.
  10. for 1.7.8 is there a setting somewhere in BO? I'd have thought it was pretty common to only use sub cats for products, though I might be wrong. Anyway I used .page-not-found {display:none;} which does the trick.
  11. Indeed it's a pain. I have been dealing with this annoyance for years. What I did was to set all countries to the same Value Added Tax tax rate (Taxes/ Tax Rules/ edit, select all and apply same rate). Generate the feed (I usually manually update the file) and reset the tax rates (if you sell in other countries).
  12. Probably a module that needs an update. Disable all overrides in Advanced/ Performance to see if that fixes it, then you'll know where to look.
  13. I use Elengantal's Data Cleaner from addons. Reduced one db from 76mb to 4.5mb by removing log files, page views, etc. But do it in the middle of the night as it can take your site offline for about 10 minutes. And as advised backup db first. I think there is a free one available but have never used it.
  14. Most likely the modules you installed. Just go to sftp to modules and rename those two. Clear cache for good measure (var/cache/) and it should work. Yeah for php version 7.3 will be fine.
