Bonjour, je rencontre un problème de cohérence de données entre mon site et google shopping. Certains de mes articles sont présentés sur google shopping avec le prix HT au lieu du prix TTC. Google refuse l'intégration de ces articles. J'ai bien vérifié sur mon site et le prix est correct. J'utilise Beezup pour injecter mes articles sur Google shopping. Merci de m'aider. Je tourne en rond depuis deux jours.

Hello everybody, Google merchant rejects my products becauses is taking the price without taxes in my product sheet on prestashop. I have loaded a data feed with VAT included on price but all time Google decline my products. Example for this product https://grupolasmimosas.com/tienda/sillas-para-ducha/silla-con-respaldo-orthoprim: Price on feed=31.45EUR Price read on the web=28.59EUR (this is the price without taxes on my backoffice) Anybody can help me? Buenos días, estoy creando las campañas de Display y Google Shopping de mi empresa y tengo que subir el feed de productos a Merchant Center de Google, lo que pasa es que no tenemos ningún documento creado, sino que los productos están directamente en Prestashop. He exportado desde el catálogo de productos de Prestashop pero me faltan algunos atributos obligatorios en como la "url" de cada producto y la descripción del mismo. Mi consulta es ¿cómo puedo exportar los productos de Prestashop a un csv, Excel o directamente al "spreadsheets" de Google para poder subirlos a Merchant Center? Los atributos que necesito son: id, título, descripción, estado, precio, disponibilidad, enlace, enlace de imagen. Un saludo y gracias de antemano. -
Hola de nuevo a tod@s! Esta vez me encuentro con una incidencia que después de varios días no encuentro la solución y quizás alguien me pueda aportar un poco de luz en el tema. Resulta que en una tienda de prestashop versión 1.6.1.17, tengo productos con combinaciones de tamaños y colores. La url del producto padre es por ejemplo: http://localhost/pintura/41-pintura-exterior.html#/26-formato-4_l/52-color-rojo (pintura exterior - formato 4 Litros - Color rojo) y luego tengo las siguientes urls de productos de combinación entre tamaño y color: http://localhost/pintura/41-pintura-exterior.html#/41-formato-15_l/52-color-rojo (pintura exterior - formato 15 Litros - Color rojo) http://localhost/pintura/41-pintura-exterior.html#/26-formato-4_l/5-color-blanco (pintura exterior - formato 4 Litros - Color blanco) http://localhost/pintura/41-pintura-exterior.html#/41-formato-15_l/5-color-blanco (pintura exterior - formato 15 Litros - Color blanco) Cualquiera de estas últimas urls (por ejemplo formato 15 litros - color blanco), muestra siempre la principal (la primera, formato 4 Litros - color rojo). En principio tampoco es mucha incomodidad, aunque esto me entraría en conflicto a la hora de poner los productos en Google shopping ya que para cada variante va a coger siempre los precios del producto padre. He comprobado que si desactivo URL amigable, todo funciona correctamente. ¿Tenéis alguna sugerencia por donde puedo tirar para que no se realice este cambio? Muchas gracias de antemano. Un saludo! -
Buenas, Necesito una URL de mi feed de productos de mi prestashop. He creado un feed en Google Merchan Center con excel en el drive pero no se donde obtener una URL que englobe esos productos. En concreto, es para integrar los productos en un portal. Adjunto una imagen del lugar donde se ingresa la URL del feed. Muchas gracias.

Bonjour, je suis sous prestashop 1.7.3.4., ulr de mon site : https://ileauxepices.com/ Je suis en train de configurer google merchant center pro pour envoyer mes produits dans google shopping. J’ai configuré le module et je suis en train de créer des codes EAN pour mes produits via GS1. Ayant créé une quinzaine de codes, je décide de tester voir si ça fonctionne bien. Donc, dans le module google merchant center pro, je vais dans “flux” et j’actualise le flux pour la France, résultat : Aucun produit exporté (voir pièce jointe), que des erreurs “description”. J’ai testé toutes les options pour la description : short description, long description, both et meta-desc. Refus à chaque fois. J'ai même fait ce test : - régler la description google shopping sur la meta-description - j’ai pris la description d’un produit totalement similaire au mien dans google shopping - j’ai collé la description de ce produit à la place de ma meta-descr => Toujours la même erreur "description" dans l’outil de diagnostic. Du coup je suis totalement coincé, vous avez une idée ? Merci pour votre aide. Benjamin

I am curious if there is a way, or if anyone has even tried adding a permanent drop down field or "tab" in the product (add or edit) screen called "google_product_category" that google can then reference when you create a feed. It seems to me that it should be fairly simple to do "if you know PS coding", and the google category data is readily available to upload to ones database. If implemented, when adding a product, one could just click the drop down and select the appropriate google category. This of course would not have any impact on the shops actual category scheme, nor would it be visible to anyone else but google when you create a feed as part of the products data. Just curious if anyone has any thought or know how on this.

Boa Tarde amigos, Alguém conhece um módulo que realmente funcione para gerar os micro-dados em XML da loja e que mantenha esse XML atualizado. Podem ser modulo gratuitos ou pagos, o importante é funcionar realmente. Obrigado a todos e aguardando indicações. Obs.: Se tiver alguma forma de efetuar esse procedimento manualmente poderiam me explicar?

Fui fazer login em minha loja e simplesmente aparecem esses 4 erros: Error found : CData section not finished Upload your products to Google Shopping and get th in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag additional_description line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag module line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Error found : Premature end of data in tag modules line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file. Não entendo muito de programação web, e preciso muito corrigir esse problema. Hi all My google shopping adwords campaings have been stopped because of a rule that needs to be activated in Prestashop The rule is to allow the customer to put an item in the basket and proceed to payment without having to create an account. Till this process is not effective, my shopping campaings are restricted by google merchant center. I'm still using prestashop 1.4.7.0 Is there a way or a module that matches google merchant center rule about ordering without having to create an account ? Best regards

I am using a GoogleShopping module that exports incorrect prices when there is an offer on a product. In this case it is an error when a product has an offer of 50% on the second product. Example: product price is 24,95 and when a customer buys a second one, the total discount is 25% (= 50% on the second one). For these products the price in the feed is 18,71 which is (24,95 x 2 - 50%) / 2. The module should export 24,95 as the regular price. The developer is not planning to build this feature into the module, therefore I am looking for someone that can change the way the module exports the prices.

I have recently moved my website onto Prestashop and was hoping for a straight forward way to upload my products to Google Merchant Centre in order to list the products in Google shopping. Unfortunately, when I set up the feed to automatically pull from Prestashop, it has resulted in the feed being stuck at the processing stage. Having been in contact with Google for over a week, they have now confirm that there is an issue (something experienced by other users as well) but it may take 6-8 weeks, possibly more to resolve the issue. In the mean time, I have products in Google shopping but this is from an old feed from my previous shopping cart. Some prices have gone up on the new website so those products were excluded from Google shopping but I do need to put other prices up as well, without them all being excluded from the shopping feed. Is it best to do an export of my product database and manually upload a CSV with all the information required? Or is there another alternative method? Many Thanks Murray

Hi. How can I get the price including Taxes? Google Shopping require price including taxes here in Sweden but the Google Shopping module & the API just give me price without taxes. (see picture)

Hello I am looking for a module with which I can create an individual feed for Google Shopping. It should be possible to rename the categories from our shop in the feed so that the categories fit into the Google system. We already use a module which will give us a Google feed. We would now like to create another feed for Google, which is not as precise as the former and for this we offer a lower bid. Does anyone know a module with which this is possible? Hello, We want to use Google Shopping and we've followed all the necessary steps provided on this page accordingly. However, if I want to register a new feed, I'm unable to select the option 'E-commerce platform imports'. I called Google Support about this, and they told me I should contact Prestashop. Can someone please help me figure this out? Thank you in advance!

Hallo, Wanneer ik de belasting inschakel leest Google de prijs excl btw, hierdoor worden de producten afgekeurd want ze komen niet overeen met de prijzen op de webshop. Volgens Google helpdesk komt dit doordat de prijs excl btw in de microdata boven de regel met de prijs inclusief staat. <meta property="product:pretax_price:amount" content="37.73" /> <meta property="product:pretax_price:currency" content="EUR" /> <meta property="product:price:amount" content="39.99" /> Belastingen uitschakelen is geen optie ( Het werkt wel maar de btw moet op de factuur staan) Wie weet hoe dit te veranderen? Não estou conseguindo integrar o Prestashop com o Google Merchant, instalei o modulo padrão, e quando clico em JOIN sou redirecionado para o Google Merchant e nada acontece. Alguém sabe o que pode ser? Desde já agradeço!
