How Can I Change Name Of "Categories"

i want to change " categories" name but i did not.

you should be able to do it in file /modules/blockcategories/blockcategories.tpl

Or maybe you need to use the translation tool at back office
Tools - Translation - Select Modules Translation, then click flag which indicate your language

The simplest way is using the translation engine (when renaming/translating text).
Follow shokinro instructions, and then in the page you get, look for the module name (blockcategories)

Hi confirm that translations is the easiest solution. I have used it for a number of title changes. They can be undone easily as well.

I changed the name of categories in Translations but its too long for the menu, now I cant change it back, I have tried re-uploading the the translations file with no success - the custom category name has been deleted but its not changing back...also tried editing blockcategories.tpl with no success again.

Try to clear the smarty cache, delete everything (except index.php) in /tools/smarty/compile
