MathildeKAZo Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Hi, We have a cookie pb with our version of Prestashop 1.6.0.13 : the order can't be finished because the cart empties when entering the checkout page. This happens with all browsers. (see error message attached) log in to an existing account is not working until cookies are cleared or when you navigate in private. (see error message attached) We have cleared cookies and caches of the browsers, the problem comes back randomly, apparently.We have disabled the geoloc option, and tried to disable most of our modules, but it keeps coming back.
