bellini13 Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 Did you try to perform the upgrade without using the backup options, as Sathyaseelan133 suggested? Take your own backups, do not rely on the upgrade module to do it properly. To upgrade to a different version of Prestashop, you use the advanced options in the upgrade module settings. trxdave Posted August 25, 2016 Author Share Posted August 25, 2016 (edited) I have backups done and upgrade different version of prestashop. When I update and all the picture were gone so I do backup back to 1.4.11. Is there anyway for doing 3rd party for 1.6 that when I finish with 1.6 then will take over 1.4.11?
