shokinro Posted August 13, 2016 Share Posted August 13, 2016 The invoice should be generated automatically by PrestaShop when the order reached a specific statuses you specified. Check your COD order and see what is the order status. Also check each order statuses to see if you have chosen to generate invoice for that status or not.
