Exndfan Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 I have a shop that when I activate the one page checkout built into PrestaShop 1.6, I get a plain white screen when I try to check out. Everything works properly when using the 5 step checkout process tho. http://www.chewonthisbirdtoys.com I have PayPal and FedEx modules installed and active. rocky Posted July 17, 2016 Share Posted July 17, 2016 Edit config/defines.inc.php and change the value of _PS_DEV_MODE_ from false to true. bellini13 Posted July 17, 2016 Share Posted July 17, 2016 Sounds to me that you are either using a custom theme which has an issue supporting one page checkout, or you have custom modules which are interferring with the checkout process.
