I guess this migjht be related to the issue you are facing. shokinro Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 What other modules you have installed and what customi changes have you made to the store. There must be something changed that causes the issue. Sometime even a module is disabled it will still affect, depend how the files are install and hooked. You may try to uninstall it to see if it changes. Really do not have any good idea to identify the cause.
