There is no support provided in the addons website and through the contact form, that is impossible to find, i still have no answer. bellini13 Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 sometimes order validation takes a while. Have you tried use the contact us page to contact PS addons directly? I keep getting automated mails from template-help.com that inform me that this is not their problem, without having contacted them! I really believe that mail support does not help in these cases.
