ccw0103
Hello, This is a bug from prestashop support (they said they can't solve it) and they ask me to seek help in forge.prestashop. No one helped me yet so I might try here. Thing is I just upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 and now all time and date from customer registration, ordering is wrong. I am using the correct time zone and the weird thing is even the minutes are wrong, not just hours........my hosting said the server config is fine, please I felt so hopeless now since even the support package is not able to solve this. Chris Mok
Hi ccw0103, Have you tried to change the time zone to other and then change it back to your time zone again? FYI, the menu is located in Localization -> localization of the back office.

NemoPS
WHat's the minutes difference? If it's a whole number, 30, then it's a timezone issue. To make sure it's prestashop, I'd upload a clean php file to test the date method, like echo date('Y-m-d H:i:s');

The difference is 3 Hours 26 minutes...sorry but I don't know that is the meaning by uploading the php you said......
NemoPS
Oh 26? Hm, well it might not be the timezone then. You just have to upload a .php file with that written inside (inside php tags)And then run it fro mthe browser. It will print out the date from the server

bellini13
Ask your host what the date and time is set to on the server, as well as what timezone it is located in. You need to understand that the server likely does not physically exist in the same state, or maybe not even in the same country as you do.
