NNGNews Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 We upgraded from 1.4.7 to 1.6.0.11 It seems all correct: folders and database. But we are unable to LOGIN in Back Office. We cleared the cache and other stuff, but we noticed something strange, maybe that's the point. In 1.4.7 there's no multishop version, so now all the DB tables have ID_SHOP field We have the PS_CONFIGURATION table with all "NULL" values for ID_SHOP, is that correct ? Shouldn't be "1" ? bellini13 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 I checked a fresh install of PS v1.6.0.11 (not an upgraded store), and ID_SHOP does not exist in the ps_configuration table. So perhaps try to delete that record And what exactly is happening when you try to login? Are you getting an error message? NNGNews Posted March 1, 2015 Author Share Posted March 1, 2015 OPS ! No, when I try to login, nothing happens, just it remains the same page without the login mask, like a redirect page. No errors (the password is correct), in fact if we put the wrong password an error message appears. But if you say that in the 1.6.0.11 version there is no "ID_SHOP" field, then I suppose something went wrong in the upgrade sql statement ... so if I reload it ?
