(SOLVED) *Help* text border at cms page doesnt appear (PS Ver. 1.6.0.5)

can anyone help me...... how to make text border at cms page on Ver. 1.6.0.5, just like i did on version 1.5

here the sample :

i have tried to edit in backoffice with HTML code and its appear normaly like i did on ver 1.5. i can see the text border there. but the text border doesnt appear on main page.

please see more attachment for more detail. sorry for my english bad :D

yes, someone already solve my problem :D, i should delete "border: 0;" in global.css
