kdesigns
I'm not sure where it put that image. I noticed that in the p directory: p/1 is empty p/2 has p/2/3... and p/2/4..., p/3 and p/4 has subfolders as well and they have my images in them, but the first directory (1) is empty. NemoPS
Try and create the directory structure to match what's missing, and add the image there
kdesigns
Try and create the directory structure to match what's missing, and add the image there I tested this suggestion on one product. When I right click on one of the ? it shows me this: http://www.snapbackcity.org/ps/1331-large_default/seattle-super-sonics.jpg So i created a new directory to match that and I put the image seattle-super-sonics.jpg inside. but it still showed a ? So, I changed the jpg to JPG like this: http://www.snapbackcity.org/ps/1331-large_default/seattle-super-sonics.JPG and the picture finally shows up, but on the actual product in my live store the jpg is all lowercase. So how do I fix this? Will i have to do this for each and every product?
NemoPS
Mysterious. What if you use this exact name? /img/p/1/2/8/128.jpg
kdesigns
Mysterious. What if you use this exact name? /img/p/1/2/8/128.jpg That's what I ended up having to do. Since my p/1 and p/2 folders were completely empty, I ended up adding folders 0-9 and uploading the pics via ftp into each corresponding number. I did notice that in my p/3 folder there were a ton of pictures, I bet you that's were my pictures are, but the file names are changed to match that folder structure and I have no idea how to determine what's what. So, I'm just rebuilding the p/1 folder and it seems to be working fine because my pictures are starting to pop up in the BO and the FO. Thanks.
