parsifal Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 (edited) Hello. Before proceeding with the following steps, you should have a complete backup (files + database) of your store! 1. From here: http://www.prestashop.com/en/developers-versions, download the setup ZIP file of the appropriate PrestaShop version 2. Extract the ZIP file on your PC and navigate to the prestashop\themes\default-bootstrap\ folder which contains the default template 3. Connect to your webhost via an FTP/SFTP/SCP/whatever client, navigate to the same folder and delete all its contents 4.
