JPresta.com
Do not force recompile. You can use GTMetrix to know what to improve. In your case you should improve your images. And there are also some cache modules to speeds up your shop.

Trip
Imo it is quite obvious that the initial wait time is somewhere between 3 to 5 second before anything is served. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/sFu9C/prestashop.moduledemos.com or http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/f3TXB/http://12th.in/ The picture optimisations and so on might be good but nothing compared to the poor performance of the webserver. Question is does the poor performance come from bad cache settings or is it a server problem? This would be my first concern before I start to implement other optimisations.
