Can anyone shed some light on this please?

As mentioned above, i don't get any indication that the images have not loaded properly, and ipage tech support wont help me as its a 3rd party app.

I have attcahed screen captures of image uploaded

-hovering over image- showing address bar

-hovering over tick-showing address bar

hoping this might help someone to work out what's going on!

thank you

picture you attached shows only "mini" photo.

please verify preferences > images tab in your back office.

you've got there list of images that your shop generate

then compare it with images used in your template.

are the names the same? (it's necessary!)

Hi,

Ok i am now starting to get somewhere...but still not right yet...

I have updated images in preferences tab

I have uploaded image in products

and i have mapped the image to the category "jumpsuits and romper"

Now that category has an image but the product image is still a question mark, i have taken screen shots so you can see what i'm talking about.......

can you see anything that i have done wrong? uploading in GIF should i re-try JPEG file types?

thank you

OK this is really starting to do my head in!

I am about to try deleting all my products and starting from scratch....

Had a look in the preferences > images tab in your back office. and can't see any option about moving the images??

i have removed cookies and cache and regenerated thumbnails....

all the image names are saved as same name, fir file name file description and same in image preferences......

:(

Try regenerating that size again, for products. Also, have you tried the moving images option? What is your prestashop version exactly?

picture you attached shows only "mini" photo.

All the names are the same.... any other ideas? Not getting anywhere :(

ipage....company that hosting my web site wrote this "Hello ,

Thank you for getting back to us.

This is a known issue in PrestaShop. I tried to resolve the issue with images in PrestaShop, however not successful. Please contact PrestaShop support forum http://www.prestashop.com/forums in order to find a resolution.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.

Sincerely,

Murali K
