Before I want to purchase them, there are 2 questions: 1) Are the updates for modules free, if a new version of prestashop will be released? (If a update for the module for this version of Prestashop is avaible) 2) Are the updates for modules free, regarding there is a new version of the module, which offers more features? Whatever you buy it is always better to read the small print. BTW. you are comparing physically sold products with virtual products. For me it's a matter of course, that virtual products are updated free of charge. All virtual goods, like Apps on Smartphones, PC Games etc. are free to update. Unless there is a completely new version released. Prestashop is constantly evolving, it would not be fair to assume that a developer will or should offer free updates from ps 1.3 to ps 1.6 for instance.
