I'm having an issue, I cant delete products from my shop, even a test product I made for which there are no pending/open orders! I've read some threads about it and I didnt find something usefull... gdimi Posted October 4, 2013 Author Share Posted October 4, 2013 I dont see how is this possible because I made this test product only to delete it afterwards as a test, because the same problem is at least valid for some of real products. I suggest you just disable the test product...and not muck around with deleting anything to get around this... there are loads of issues with deleting orders...i.e. ghost products getting added to carts for example... my three cents 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
gdimi Posted October 4, 2013 Author Share Posted October 4, 2013 Thank you very much, but this is not the case..I made the test product in a clone of the e-shop, there is no order on it, no cart, nothing. Actually the same error appears in other products and there isn't something on them either. I even run an sql query to check it in case my eyes where fooling me.. anyway thanks again!
