I get this error when trying to install Fresh install

hosting is with Godaddy (Linux) call go dadday they cant help

This seems to be some issue with PrestaShop and GoDaddy, as two users (last two user posts) have experienced the same thing in their installs. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/188964-installation-problem-step-2-15017/
