superbikecoach Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 hi thx for helping me with this in advance: i sale services, and plan to use the 'downloadable' option to sent a confirmation pdf where the client get all the information he needs. this would reduce some customer accounting work for me. so i made up a pdf and load it successfully up, as i also set the other required informations (number of downloads etc). then i logged in as test customer and made an order. the email sent me to the order history, but there is no link to the pdf, just to the invoice. if i click on the order number i get this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /mnt/webc/52/72/5961372/htdocs/shop/tools/smarty/compile/ee7aa1858482e28aa0daf5d4d62513619df48b54.file.order-detail.tpl.php on line 15 there is a sign on the left side to the order number link, and a little help pop up says 'products to download', but there is nothing linked. i really hope you guys can help me here. best Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As Rocky pointed out, there is an error at your theme file, if you have not made any changes on the file, you can copy the one from original package form PrestaShop. If you are using 3rd party themes, you will need to contact theme author if you can not figure out to fix it. By the way, here I would like share with you another issue you maybe face (it happened to me today). The problem/issue happens at Order History page - My Account area. Usually there is a link to download the product at order detail section. The problem happens only when the downloadable product with a customized field, in this case the download link will not appear at order detail section(product name). see here on how to fix it if you have the same issue. I tried to upload the modified file for your reference, but it seems that I have used all my attachment quota. It does not fix problem in your scenario. I think the instruction is included in my previous post. Back your own file and replace it with my the I send you. I have just send file order-detail.tpl which will fix one problem as I mentioned in this thread. This file is just for your reference. It does not fix problem in your scenario.
