The site is from a renowned Prestashop mod - @vekia aka Milos - and he doesn't reply mail after mail. Does anyone knows how to contact them or him? I really need support in some mypresta modules... I see he had some blog posts 2 months ago so maybe still active but again with long delays. If I were him I would just put notice that modules do not come with support, prices are really affordable but customers should know that before buying anything. And to question, what happened, well that is only on him, but I think like lot of people that are in PrestaShop ecosystem for more then 10 years, you just get fed up with everything and you move to something better and more profitable. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thankfully we have someone on our team do that...as I don't have the patience anymore for stupid questions, especially when they expected a feature that is not described by the module product sheet. Miguel86 Posted October 16, 2023 Share Posted October 16, 2023 I had a same problem. I bough the Pretty friendly URL, installed in PS 8, even used the link that was intended for that PS versiones. Got in contact with him, solved the problem but never more answered to me with the link of the valid module, so i can't upgrade or do anything else. Never more replied since months ago. If there is a real problem, he will fix it. If it's not clear or not due to the module, he just put the message in garbage. So, people doesn't get answer, double think about your question and your issue. I my case my question was legitimate about a Vekia module and he has started replying and helping me but suddenly he stops and never reply back. Even if their costumers don't have knowledge to know if the issues are about the modules or about PS do you thinks its fair stop answering? I can't believe any more in Vekia support because even in their Facebook page there are some people complaining about this. MyPresta Modules NEVER again. He replied that he could even make custom changes if necessary. I bought the module, installed it, but it does not work. I wrote to the author. He replied - asked a leading question. I answered him in detail on February 23 and repeated the answer on February 26, but after 6 days I still have not received an answer yet. You would think that the author answers problems that are not very difficult to solve, and if the problem is more complicated, he just ignores it. I hope, of course, that the author is healthy and doing well. And I think it is, as I got an e-mail today from the same [email protected] address saying that the invoice for the module purchase is ready for download. danielle771 Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 I had a recent problem with one of the modules I purchased on myPresta and when I asked the developer for help he stopped answering after the first message. The problem was never solved and I had to uninstall the module as it was causing errors. 50 euros went down the toilet. I don't recommend buying from this site as their support is non existent!! So, they did reply but from your post I suspect that you may not have been very kind. And rather than complain here, which is like a bird flying through the air and leaving no trace...simply file a dispute with your cc or paypal like a normal. I use a lot of mypresta module features...and I don't have issue with any....next time rather than just rant give detail..what module....what is error...and make a post on new topic... this topic should have been closed long ago....actually this forum should be closed....there is no ps rep here...moderators don't really moderate....magento closed their public forum and a year later adobe bought for 1,000,000USD....the french only now how to market to the french.... there, my rant is over.... Hi! @El Patron While I appreciate you taking the time to "rant" about my post I would like to explain why I thought it was necessary to mention my negative experience with the particular developer so that potential customers know what to expect. I sure wish I had seen this thread before I purchased his module. Since I started using Prestashop I have bought many modules. Some worked out of the box, some needed a few tweaks to work perfectly. Usually an exchange of a few messages with each developer was enough to solve any problem. MyPresta was a totally different experience. I contacted him using the support form, I was very polite (as I usually am), explained the problem and the next day he suggested I try a small fix. The fix didn't work so I returned a message asking for more advice. After a few days, I sent another one. He never responded. I went to his site and tried to post a review. While he has 5 stars reviews on all modules, there is no review button so nobody can actually post anything. I asked for a refund. He never answered. I filed a dispute on Paypal.
