I had the same issue when i was upgrading to 1.772 when it failed. Go to /public_html/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php and comment out //require __DIR__ . '/platform_check.php'; on line 25 AM not what the platform_check is used - site looks to be working fine

I had the same issue too when i was trying to upgrade, my error was on line 25 (require __DIR__ . '/platform_check.php';) and i commented it out and it worked. please try to replace your admin folder with fresh one. -
Correct me if am Wrong, i dont think 1-click-upgade can upgrade from 1.6.x to 1.7.x since these 2 uses completely different architecture. So the best option is to Install a Fresh Copy of 1.7.7 and migrate data from the 1.6.x store and then install 1.7.x supported modules accordingly

it really doesn't matter. you can put at the beginning of the file .htaccess. or you can replace the one already in the file. please confirm there is one PHP AddHandler version in the file

Changing to PHP 7.4 from PHP 7.3 resolved the issue - i can access the BO after switching to PHP 7.4 <IfModule mime_module> AddHandler application/x-httpd-ea-php74 .php .php7 .phtml </IfModule>

I installed a fresh copy of 1.7.7.0 and got the same issue - BO is not opening just a Prestashop Logo! as below. I tried it with Bluehost and inmotion - tried PHP 7.0 - 7.5

I upgraded mine from 1.6 to 1.7 using migration-pro module. ( migration-pro.com ) install a fresh copy of 1.7.X and install the module. Install “MigrationPro” module on target shop (PrestaShop 1.7) Install “PrestaShop Connector” module on the source shop Start migration, wait a few minutes then enjoy the new PrestaShop 1.7 shop with all data from your old shop.

I installed fresh copy of Prestashop 1.7.7.0 and i get have page with errors after i put in username and passwords. the page stop at prestshop logo with message after login. i have tried to install it on several servers and different host same issue - am getting. .

I have used this Migration Pro Tool - MigrationPro and it worked.- got a few warning on the products with naming for some products and some customer names with special characters. Its worthy it. i will need a new theme that support the 1.7. thumbs Up

Thanks fro the quick reply, Though what am looking for is aplugin for prestahsop enabling a customer upload images then customises then into a poster or photo album book or calender for print or import them into a greeting card template for Print out. when editing is done and confimed, its converted into a PDF file which the admin will Print out and deliver -

Hello Did you get this module? am looking for now but i have failed to get one. Have you tried out config2print? though am not sure whether the plugin is supported with prestashop 7. Incase you got one that works please share it. thanks
