Hi, I have a Prestashop 1.6 website that sells tours. After each sale the customer receives an e-mail (order details) and I, as admin, also receive the order. I need to link each tour to a specific tour provider, to the e-mail address of the tour provider, and I want an e-mail to be sent there too, with the order (personalised e-mail). - Each product (tour) must have an e-mail address of the provider - After sale, I need an e-mail to be sent to the tour provider with all the order details (and personalise the content) Is this possible somehow? Hi, Can someone help with finding a solution for adding additional information in emails sent to customers when I change the status? I need to create a new status, create a new email template for that status that includes (but not limited to): product name, product description, product reference, other fields. I added {products} to the email template html but it does not display the details (name, reference). I probably need to change some more files. I searched the forums but I could not find a clear solution. Please help. I want to launch the website and this would help my productivity a lot (not having to send customer emails with product details manually after the order). Is there a step by step guide for this? Hi, Have you found a solution for this? I also want to add product details in other status email template and it does not work. It only works in order_conf, in other template if I add {products} it does not display the necessary details. If you managed to find a solution, please post instructions . Thanks. V.

Thank you for giving this solution. I used this method for COD Module and changed cashondelivery.php as I wanted a different name for it in BO-Order History and it worked. Only one text change and it applied to new orders. Even after so much time, solutions work. V. PS 1.6.14

After many searches in the Forums I found a solution for my multistore logo link problem in a different post about multistores files. I want both (all of my) stores to have the same logo and same link(url) to the main store. In BO-Preferences-Themes you can upload your logo image. I uploaded the same image for my 2 stores. In my File Manager, Themes Folder, I duplicated the 'theme name' folder and renamed the second (I just added a 2 at the end of the theme name). In BO (select second store)-Preferences-Themes/Advanced Parameters select Theme folder and point to the renamed copy of the original theme folder and Save. Now, I just changed Header.tpl in the renamed theme folder and it applied to my second store. ) PS 1.6.1.4 Default Theme 2 stores in same Default Group

I had the same problem in PS 1.6.1.4, could not modify modules translations. I saw your solutions regarding mod security so I called my hosting provider. I was very happy with the simple solution given: - open module translations and open all fields - search inside translated fields for the text 'curl' - modify this text with same spaces. I wrote 'c u r l'. - save translations! And it worked, no more error for modifying translations! Good luck everyone! V.

Hi, This is my first post after configuring my PS installation for quite a few days. The forum helped me a lot in many, many small changes. Does anyone have a solution for changing the multistore logo link. I want to change URL link for my second store so the logo link will take us to our main shop page.
