Is it possible to add just some text to the product details tab? I have put the info in the "description field", but it feels wrong. For example when you have food, it should be logical that you put some ingrediant-info. This shoudl be under the 'product details'-tab, and not in the "description". I tried already with the 'features", but that is too small I'm using the default template

Hello, Currently operating on V1.6.0.11. When I try to pull the stats of a product it says "Module not found". Previously I would have a pie chart, a summary of clients who had purchased that product, as well as other details broken down. Would anyone have any insight?

Hi, Can someone help with finding a solution for adding additional information in emails sent to customers when I change the status? I need to create a new status, create a new email template for that status that includes (but not limited to): product name, product description, product reference, other fields. I added {products} to the email template html but it does not display the details (name, reference). I probably need to change some more files. I searched the forums but I could not find a clear solution. Please help. I want to launch the website and this would help my productivity a lot (not having to send customer emails with product details manually after the order). Is there a step by step guide for this? I'm having issues with PrestaShop 1.6 orders section of the back office. We sell knife kits and you can pick what color handle you want. When the order shows up in PayPal, it shows the item but not the attribute (color), so I have to go to the "orders" section of the back office to view what color handle they'd like. Sometimes this works perfectly, and sometimes PrestaShop shows all of the details (amount paid, customer name/shipping address, etc.) but will say no products ordered. I've also noticed that in these cases, there's also a note in the PayPal section of it that says the order is over 60 days old, even though it's been placed that day. I've attached a screenshot as an example. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi I would like to have a more details button on my product page under short description. When you hit the button i want it to scroll down to more details tab. I use the html box pro module to do this. I have made a custom hook in product.tpl Now i need to know what code to put in editor to make it scroll down. Can anybody help me. Thank you

Hello It has been three year i am using Prestashop for my online Store and i m happy with it. I have a Online embroidery store using prestashop.Intially when i have started a website i used to provide the information related to the designs in following format: Width 3800 Total colors 6 Total stitches 91269 Height 120 Stops 6 *without using any unit suffix to the height and width.As it was self explantory that size of the designs is in "mm". Now on my customer member i have change the format of information provided and now i provide the information in following manner: Width 8.88 inches Total colors 6 Total stitches 91269 Height 40.62 inches Stops 6 * suffix with the word "inches" after the size of the designs. Now my probelm is that i would like to add mm to all those designs which i have intially uplaoded.In short i would like to add unit "mm" to the size of the unit but provided that add mm to the one where i have not added the unit inches. Simply, adding mm to the size of the unit where word inches is not added. Further if possible then i would like to add a small script that will simply convert mm to inches, so that my customer may find it easily to understand the designs.' On the order details from a transaction the 'colour' attribute of an item is not recorded / missing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this so that the choice of colour appears within the product description in the order. See attached...

Hello, I am using 1.3 version of Prestashop to manage e-shop with more than 90 000 books. I am having problem editing product in back office - after clicking on "save" i get broken page (see attachement) and changes are not saved. I checked error log and there were no php errors (php error displaying is on), it just freezes in this state. Does anyone know where can be the problem? Thanks in advance.
