  1. Claudi It is not harmful for your SEO to have a # shown after a URL, therefore I'd recommend leaving it if you were just looking to change it because of SEO.
  2. When you edited the emails did you edit them at the root or in the themes directory? There are two locations for mail templates and the themes directory takes priority.
  3. Am I right in understanding your looking to make a flat HTML file your homepage that then links into PrestaShop? Is this file "unattached" to the PrestaShop framework?
  4. Which theme are you using for this website?
  5. I've had a Ubuntu setup that I configured with LAMP and that works great. I think all distributions should work well and of LAMP is easier for you I've personally nit had any issue with it.
  6. Have you checked the permissions on your admin folder yet?
  7. I'm not convinced this is due to the upgrade. A lot has changed externally in the past year, your market, competitors positions/ranking, Google's algorithm etc. If everything is the same as last year that highlights a problem. Content is king in SEO so you need to find a way to keep your site updated with new content and fresh. You have to keep adapting, adding new content and monitoring your positions in keywords.
  8. If email notifications are fine then in the admin panel go to Modules then go to email alerts. Once installed you will see "out of stock" where you can set your threshold. This will at least get you a notification.
  9. No problem at all. I'm not aware of any specific documentation to the cart functionality but there is an overall developers guide, a which if you haven't read yet would be good to look over, a bit generic for your needs but a good reference point nevertheless - http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Developer+Guide. Good luck.
  10. If you want an out of the box solution I think sending a coupon to users who ordered the set product as vekia suggested is the only way. I think to do it without coupon codes would be require developing a custom module as I'm not aware of any existing modules or quick ways out there to do it in an automated way.
  11. Where do you want to see this? On a page listing your low quantity products, email notifications or both?
  12. To be clear you are looking for it to be discounted based on a previous purchase of a specific product and not just general based on it being a customer who has ordered with you before?
  13. Which theme are you using for your website? Default or something else?
