For example:Puerto Rico is part of USA but is listed as a country and as a state from US. The address from the buyer should be couyntry / US / state/ Puerto Rico and not Country/ Puerto Rico.I disable Puerto rico from countries LIST and then customers will have to go through Us/ states / puerto rico. FIXED!I found this on another trhead:This would only occur for countries where mandatory information (state) is not supplied. I.e. Italy, China, Japan.Strangely enough I’ve only seen this for Website Payments Standard implementations; which one are you using? It looks as if you’re using PayPalAPI?
