Guy Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 When a customer purchase a product and they go to checkout the taxes are not showing. But I noticed the tax line is under the totals line. Sub total:_________ Total:_____________ Tax:______________ I think this is why it’s not showing the tax. Please help. Need a fix for it. jstillings1 Posted October 13, 2018 Share Posted October 13, 2018 (edited) Looks like your products that are loaded have not selected a tax rule in the drop down. Very common mistake. You can set your default tax rule in the international section of back office.
