    http://guybonin.net fix my issue between printful and prestashop. go into advance settings > webservice you will see your API key and make sure CGI is enabled then click save. Mine worked after I saved it.

    Davidtech13, I have this problem with taxes it is under the totals line. Would you know a fix for it.

    Hi I have the same issue except I imported 48,000 products with there categories and subcategories. All was ok then I changed three subcategories and moved them under the same category name that was imported now all products except 345 are under the home default category. This happened twice. Not sure how to fix it.

    Hi, is there a way in the shipping setup tab to choose a origin or state for where the shipper is located. I live in Louisiana and my warehouse that ships out the products is in another state, so when someone purchases a product from me the shipping cost calculates from where the warehouse is located. I presume the way it is now, it is using my present address to calculate shipping cost. Thanks

    I am bulk importing csv product files and i have 40,000 products to import. when i load my file in the csv import tool and it starts verifying the files it gives a error for the # symbol and ; symbol is not allowed. I have to remove all the # and ; symbols under the product name. is there a way to fix prestashop to accept the # and ; symbol for the product name field in the import tool..

    I am having a problem importing product csv files in the native import. I get the file from my supplier and I am having to delete or find and replace the # symbol in the product name of my CSV file. I have 50,000 products I have to go through every week so i can update my products can anyone help fix this so it will accept it in the CSV import tool. I have prestashop 1.7.4. Thank You

    Ok i'll check that, but I got it to start working I went to Advance Parameters > performance enabled CCC (Combine, Compress and Cache) and cleared Cache and it started importing the product. I just imported 500 products with no errors.

    Hi Newbie here, I was importing about 500 products at a time. I imported about 1500 and then I went to import another 500, It Validated 100% then it went to install and when it got to 3/500 it shows Errors occurred: error in a redish box at the top with no other explanations. Then I tried 20 products and it did the same thing. I got with inmotion hosting they did not see any errors on there side and said it might be on the prestashop side, any help would be appreciated.
