JC Paque Posted April 24, 2018 Share Posted April 24, 2018 Hello everyone, One of my customer has a Prestashop Website on which 2 different web agencies have worked. I explained him that it was necessary to move his website to HTTPS to secure his customers as well as for SEO purpose. After his webmaster installed a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, all the design of the website disappeared and the content is now unreachable. All these problems occured before we made any redirection from http to https. So it seems that this is the SSL Certificate installation that implied the problems. PrestaHeroes USA Posted April 25, 2018 Share Posted April 25, 2018 or the content is not secure and not served via https... that is why we do pre-work on dev shops not production so these things can be tested rather than creating 911 issue...doh!
