bamboozled Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 (edited) Anybody out there had similar experience PLEASE HELP! Have been using Prestashop v.3 or 4 for many years without a problem. Today November 1 2017 all has disappeared online from my site!!! I tried re-uploading all from my local files ( using Dreamweaver CC) but still nothing appears. What can I do now? I had many items listed and now when I click on the link online I receive this message (please see screenshot). selectshop.at Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 You don't need that folder. Are you sure you made a rollback of your site in production ? Install folder is only for to install Prestashop, after you installed it you need to remove it and rename the folder /admin. Ask your provider if he don't have a back-up of whole webspace of yesterday or some days ago when your site did work for ex. He can restore than your site. PrestaHeroes USA Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 when you receive 500 error, then enable PrestaShop debug mode and then people can stop guessing. That is always FIRST thing to do. Take a look into there what you have configured. Perhaps on his server he allows the use of more than one php-version. But sincerely, if he has a back-up of your webspace than this information should be irrelevant... Cannot figure it out why he is asking this. From the files you added before as screen of your FTP, there are several unknown there and some which are in folder without folder now. You will not have any luck to restore your shop with this FTP. Better is you ask your provider to restore your webspace to a point on where the shop worked. debug mode: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ For PS 1.7. it is the same as for PS 1.6. if youdon't have access to back-office.
