Any one help how the easy way to change the cshipping rate please !

hi all

i just set up the new website , whenever customer order it only charge flat rate for $12.00 , and no matter how many items it will charge the same rate,

Can anyone help for this problem, currently use Prestashop 1.3.1

Go to the Shipping > Price ranges (or weight ranges tab if you chose "Shipping by weight"), then create a range of 0-10000000 for your carrier, then go back to the Shipping tab, then choose your carrier in the dropdown at the bottom, then enter $12 for the shipping cost in each zone. After doing that, you should have a $12 shipping charge for all orders that are less than $10000000 or 10000000kg. It is highly unlikely anyone would order more than that amount, but you can edit the carrier and choose "Highest range" to make sure the $12 is always applied.
