Couple of things... Shipping not showing & specific tax for wholesale group?

Hello all!

   So i'm having trouble getting these two things to work and was hoping I could find some help.

 

First off I have several carriers set up but when purchasing different items with different carrier options the shipping options upon checkout end up being blank.  For example:   One item only offers drop shipping and the second item offers USPS Priority. If purchased one at a time the shipping options in checkout displays and reads correctly but if both items are put into the shopping cart at the same time the shipping options become blank. *Sample pic attached.

 

Second problem, I have a wholesale group set up that I need the tax rate to be different then the standard state tax rate.  I found this discussion and have tried all the codes offered by it but none seem to work for me...

Sadly, prestashop doesn't offer multishipping anymore. There is a hidden option you can try enabling in the database, ps_configuration table, the name should be something like MULTISHIPPIING, you can search for it.

That said, you might need to grab an older order-carrier template or edit yours as it will display quite broken.
