Module Refund

Hello

 

I need to get a refund on a module i purchased last week. I have tried to call prestashop on the phone 3 times. 

 

It is not working as expected. And the developer has said to get certain parts of it working as expected would take approx 2 months.

There's not much anyone here can do to help. You need to contact the developer and get them to click the "Refund" button and then wait for PrestaShop Addons to approve it. If the developer refuses to do that, you can only keep contacting PrestaShop Addons until they give you a response.
