Can I set max quantity for product? I can set price for max 100 items. All over 100 is realised indywidually (by phone). How can I set 100 items limit?

I am not aware of this kind of limits. there is minimum quantity for each product, but not maximum. not sure if there is any existing commercial module does that.

you may have to consider to make some custom changes to OrderController so check this and then prevent user to proceeding to checkout and showing message to ask for  phone order.

for example:

- maximum purchase value by categories

- maximum purchase value by customer group
